Anita Arrascue Lino

Anita Arrascue Lino is an accomplished academic and environmental professional with extensive experience in academia and research. Currently serving as the Academic Coordinator and Educator in Environmental Engineering at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas since August 2017, Anita has also contributed to various significant research projects, including co-investigating the PEGASUS project focusing on water storage in Peru. Anita's previous roles include leadership positions at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and the Ministry of the Environment in Peru, specializing in capacity building and environmental sciences. With a robust educational background, including degrees in Biology, Environmental Development, and Conservation Biology, Anita has been actively involved in initiatives related to biodiversity conservation and climate change adaptation, coordinating multiple educational programs and research activities throughout a career spanning over 15 years.
