Carlos Alberto Quispe Montesinos

Carlos Alberto Quispe Montesinos is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor law and employment matters. Currently serving as a consultant at Rodrigo, Elias & Medrano Abogados since April 2013, Carlos also holds a position as a professor at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and previously taught various law master's programs at Universidad de San Martín de Porres from August 2011 to December 2018. His judicial experience includes serving as a specialized labor judge in the Poder Judicial del Perú from November 2003 to April 2013, as well as a role as sub-director at the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion from November 1999 to November 2003. Carlos holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and possesses multiple advanced qualifications, including a Master's in Human Resource Management and various diplomas and courses from renowned institutions, including the International Labour Organization and Universidad Internacional de Andalucía.
