Daniel Gómez-Bravo Puerta is a Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bread Free, specializing in gluten-free food production with a focus on health and taste. Since November 2018, Daniel has led the company while also pursuing a doctorate at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, researching lung cancer treatments using artificial intelligence. Previous experience includes conducting a doctorate at Centro de Biotecnología y Genómica de Plantas, participating in projects related to gene expression and gluten-degrading enzymes, and developing a COVID-19 diagnostic tool at AiMedAssist. Additionally, Daniel has volunteered with Ningún Niño Sin Sonrisa to support underprivileged children.
