Adrielle Victoria Soares Alves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing operations, academia, and sustainability. Currently serving as a Professor and Postdoctoral Researcher at Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz, Adrielle previously held the position of Marketing Operations Manager at Proffer, where responsibilities included leading the transition to HubSpot and optimizing marketing and sales processes. As the founder of O Valor Sustentável, Adrielle provided consultancy and mentorship focused on sustainable branding and impact-driven entrepreneurship. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Universidade Federal da Bahia and an MBA in Marketing, Branding, and Growth from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
