Ana Paula Pessotto

Ana Paula Pessotto has extensive experience in innovation, project management, and higher education. Currently serving as the Coordenadora de Inovação at Sicredi Conexão, Ana Paula focuses on fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the cooperative, utilizing design thinking and agile methodologies. Additionally, Ana Paula manages the Small Farm HUB, an innovation environment in agribusiness, and has held various roles at Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões, including Coordenadora de Pós-Graduação and Professor. Ana Paula has a strong background in human resources and organizational management, having served as HR Business Partner and Diretora at Benessere Consultoria em Gestão de Pessoas. Academic qualifications include a Mestrado em Administração de Empresas and a degree in Administration from URI, complemented by a focus on management in a community-focused educational institution.
