Aurore Salom is an experienced Lead Product Owner at Universign since July 2019, responsible for product vision and roadmap alignment with client needs, prioritization of requests, and communication with stakeholders. Aurore leads the integration and training of new product owners and reviews product specifications. Previously, as a Product Owner at Nexton Consulting, Aurore managed application development for Natixis Wealth Management, overseeing backlog prioritization and sprint planning. Prior roles include Senior Digital Consultant at Sopra Steria, where Aurore managed IoT projects for SNCF, and Bid Manager Junior at Orange Business Services. Aurore holds certifications as a Product Owner and in Lean Six Sigma, and possesses Master's degrees in International Business and ICT.
