Alessandro Bassano

Alessandro Bassano serves as the Cyber Security Director at a confidential company since October 2022 and as a Cyber Security Instructor at ICARUS AI E-Learning since January 2023. In addition, Bassano has held multiple academic positions, including Cyber Security Lecturer at Università LUMSA and at Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma since March 2020 and November 2019, respectively, focusing on topics such as mobile radio networks and the role of cyber security in digital transformation. Previously, Bassano worked as the Principal Cyber Security Scientist for an undisclosed SME from September 2021 to October 2022 and as the Head of Cyber Security (CISO) at ZTE Italia from January 2020 to August 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the Cyber Security Lab at ZTE Corporation. Bassano has actively participated in the cyber security community as a speaker at the 5G Italy conference and a lecturer at the SIOI Autumn School, contributing to discussions on 5G cyber security.
