Aleardo Furlani

Aleardo Furlani is an accomplished entrepreneur and academic with extensive experience in technology transfer, venture management, and startup entrepreneurship. As the founder of INNOVA - Technology Transfer and Valorisation since 1993 and Inavya Ventures Ltd. since 2015, Aleardo has played a pivotal role in fostering innovation. Currently serving as the Financial Officer and Managing Director at EMSO and as an adjunct professor at both Luiss Guido Carli University and Università degli Studi di Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale, Aleardo contributes to academia through mentorship in tech transfer and startup entrepreneurship. Additional roles include board memberships with Roma Startup and InnovUp, positions that enhance the national innovation ecosystem in Italy. With past leadership experience as CEO of Externautics S.p.A., recognized as a leading biotech SME, and a strong consulting background at Capgemini, Aleardo combines practical business acumen with a robust educational foundation, including an MBA from IESE Business School and a law degree from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
