Paola Ossola is a Research Faculty Member and Lecturer at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, specializing in International Tourism and Business Sustainability for Hospitality and Tourism, with research interests in senior living, dementia, and tourism. Paola co-founded La Happy Care, focusing on long-term care and well-being for caregivers, and is also a Research Fellow at the WSU Granger Cobb Institute for Senior Living. Additional roles include co-founding Progetto Rughe ODV and Alzheimer Fest APS, both dedicated to the well-being of the elderly. Paola has held various academic positions at the University of Insubria and has a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies in Tourism, complemented by multiple qualifications related to elder care and intervention.
