Roberto Scalia

Roberto Scalia is a distinguished academic in the field of tax law, currently serving as a Professor of Tax Law and International Taxation at Libera Università di Bolzano since February 2025. Scalia has held multiple significant positions, including Ricercatore, Assistant Professor of Tax Law, and Fellow of EU and International Tax Law at Università degli Studi di Bergamo since October 2014. Additionally, Scalia has been a member of the Editorial Committee for Diritto di internet from April 2019 and for Rivista di diritto tributario from January 2013 to January 2019. A former Research Fellow at Università degli Studi di Ferrara from April 2020 to April 2021, Scalia holds a Ph.D. in EU and International Tax Law from Università degli Studi di Bergamo, a Master of Laws in Tax Law from Ipsoa - Milan, and a Doctor of Law from Università di Catania.
