John Lumbantobing

John Lumbantobing, FCIArb, serves as a Partner at Rifdaan Novarazka & Prabowo since August 2022 and is a Member of the Board of Trustees for Yayasan AKSA (LBH AKSA) since August 2021. John has been a Lecturer at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) since January 2015, where responsibilities include teaching Public International Law, International Contracts, Mediation and Arbitration, and International Investment Law, in addition to serving as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law, overseeing student, alumni, and external affairs. John is also a Member of the Board of Commissioners at PT Sinabung Jaya Sejahtera and Koperasi KASIH Indonesia, contributing to sectors including construction and microfinance. Previous experience includes Co-Managing Director at the Indonesian Centre for Advanced Legal Studies and an Associate at Ignatius Andy Law Offices, focusing on employment disputes and international arbitration. Education credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Law (S.H.) from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
