Alberto Ruda Gonzalez

Albert Ruda has extensive experience in academia, currently serving as Dean and Associate Professor in Private Law at Universitat de Girona since 1997. Ruda has held various positions, including Deputy Dean and Secretary of the Faculty of Law, alongside roles in a research institute. Ruda's education includes a Doctor of Law from Universitat de Girona and numerous postgraduate qualifications from prestigious institutions such as the University of Oxford and the University of Valencia, covering topics in environmental liability, East Asian studies, and international business law. In addition, Ruda is a member of the Institute of European and Comparative Private Law.
