Kai Roloff

Kai Roloff is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in intensive care and emergency medicine. Currently serving as the deputy department head for the Intensive Care Unit focused on visceral, thoracic, and transplantation surgery at Universitätsspital Zürich since July 2020, Kai Roloff also leads the Stroke Unit. Previous roles include head of nursing for the pediatric and neonatal intensive care units at Kantonsspital Graubünden and various positions in intensive care and flight paramedicine across several institutions, including Kantonsspital Baselland and Unfallkrankenhaus Berlin. Kai Roloff holds a CAS in systemic-integrative management in healthcare from the University of St.Gallen and has a diploma in intensive care nursing from DRK Kliniken Berlin Köpenick.
