Matthias Hermann

Matthias Hermann is a highly experienced cardiologist currently serving as the head physician at the Universitäres Herzzentrum Zürich since November 2018, overseeing the general cardiology section and acting as the training coordinator. Prior to this role, Matthias Hermann was the chief physician of cardiology and medical director at Zürcher RehaZentrum Wald from 2009 to 2018. Matthias Hermann also held the position of senior physician in cardiology at UniversitätsSpital Zürich from 2008 to 2018. Educational achievements include a habilitation in cardiology from UniversitätsSpital Zürich and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from The University of Göttingen, completed between 1990 and 2000.
