Miriam Gellert

Miriam Gellert is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Head of Portfolio & Property Management at Universitätsspital Zürich since January 2024, and as a member of the Foundation Board at Sophie Guyer Alterszentrum since June 2022. Previously, Miriam held the position of Manager and Head of Real Estate Management Advisory at Drees & Sommer Switzerland, where responsibilities included consulting in global corporate and public real estate management. Prior to that, Miriam was a Manager in Real Estate Advisory at PwC Switzerland, focusing on strategic real estate consulting, particularly in the healthcare sector. Additional experience includes project management in strategic real estate consulting at Helbling Beratung + Bauplanung, and various roles within architecture and event marketing. Miriam holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate Management from the University of Zurich and a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Architecture from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
