Clovis Rugemintwari has extensive experience in academia and research, currently serving as Maître de Conférences at Université de Limoges since September 2006, with prior roles as ATER and Allocataire-Moniteur. Clovis held a position as a Postdoctoral Visiting Researcher at the University of Birmingham from January to June 2012, during which joint research on the feasibility of a single currency in the East African Community was conducted, resulting in a published paper in The World Economy. In addition, Clovis completed a PhD internship at the International Monetary Fund in 2008. Clovis holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from Université de Limoges, earned in 2011, along with a Master 2 in Banque et Finance from the same institution and a Master 1 in Economie Financière et Bancaire from Université de Sfax.
