Laurent Billonnet is a Professor and UdM training referent at Université de Limoges, where activities focus on Smart-homes, Ambient Assisted Living (AAL), semiotics for interfaces, and AI applications in health engineering. Over the years, Laurent has significantly contributed as the Director of International Relations at ENSIL-ENSCI and as Head of the BSc in Home Automation and Health. In addition, Laurent leads the international Master's degree program Auton'Hom-e, emphasizing innovative methods for the Silver Economy in collaboration with several international institutions. Laurent also has experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stony Brook University, specializing in microwave active filters, and holds a Research Doctorate in high-frequency integrated circuits from Université de Limoges.
