Jacques Walter leads the creation of governance between all future occupants of Espace Rabelais, He supports the work in progress of the Espace Rabelais in conjunction with the “ Saulcy Property Operations Referent ” project manager , who is more specifically responsible for supporting him with the physical construction of the Espace Rabelais and ensures the interface between the future occupants of Espace Rabelais and the central services if necessary.
