David Hartell

David Hartell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, strategic advising, and health research management. Currently serving as Principal at Hartell Consulting and Strategic Advisor at IVADO, David also holds the position of Special Advisor for Structural Projects at Université de Montréal. Previously, David was the Associate Director of System Development at Canadian Blood Services and the Executive Director of the Canadian Donation and Transplantation Research Program, where leadership was provided to a national research network focused on improving organ donation and transplantation.
