Vincent Carignan

Vincent Carignan is an experienced professional in the field of construction and building information modeling (BIM). Currently serving as a Lecturer at Université de Sherbrooke, Vincent teaches the course GBA420 Modélisation des données du bâtiment (BIM). Previously, Vincent held various roles at BIM One Inc., including Director of Operations, Major Account Manager, and BIM Specialist & Business Analyst, where key projects included BIM audits and implementation strategies for Quebec City and major construction firms. Earlier experience includes positions at Groupe BIM du Québec, the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology, and SNC-Lavalin, alongside a leadership role as President of the Student Association of ÉTS. Vincent holds a Master of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Engineering from École de technologie supérieure, along with a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from College Ahuntsic.
