Alireza K.

Alireza K. is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in wood science and engineering. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor and Honorary Research Associate at the University of New Brunswick since June 2019, Alireza also holds the position of Director at the Building Efficiency Technology Access Centre at Red River College and has been an Adjunct Professor at Université Laval since June 2021. Previously, Alireza was the R&D Manager at Corruven from August 2016 to October 2019, focusing on product quality, cost reduction, and technical project management. Alireza's research background includes a role as a Research Scientist and Post-doctoral Research Fellow at Université Laval, where involvement in various research projects led to significant contributions in the field. Additional visiting research positions were held at institutions in Italy and the United States. Alireza holds a PhD in Wood Science and Wood Products from the University of Tehran and has completed advanced studies in energy at RRC Polytech.
