Yann Gougeon

Yann Gougeon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and management within various sectors. As Co-founder of 360 Sharing since April 2019, Yann focuses on enhancing employee and partner training effectiveness. Since March 2021, Yann has been serving as a Trainer for Master 2 Gestion des Systèmes d'Information at Paris-Dauphine, delivering strategic insights on HRIS. With a background as an Independent Trainer since 1997, Yann specializes in management, communication, Agile methodologies, and digital learning production. Previous roles include Director of International Development at CYBLE MARKETING and CEO of TMK, as well as a range of leadership positions in customer service and marketing. Yann holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Master's in Marketing from IAE France.
