Evis Plaku

Evis Plaku is a Lecturer and Ph.D. Researcher at Universiteti Metropolitan Tirana since September 2022, also serving as a Software Engineer and Education Lead at Holberton School Albania since January 2022. Previously, Evis held lecturer positions at CIT, Canadian Institute of Technology, from October 2018 to September 2022, and at Albanian University from March 2014 to December 2015. Evis has experience as an Advisor for Technology and EU Projects for the Regional Council of Berat (January 2017 to January 2022) and worked as Chief of Staff for the Municipality of Berat (August 2015 to January 2016). Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Freiburg and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Tirana, along with ongoing Ph.D. studies in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Robotics at Metropolitan University of Tirana.
