Sarena Abdullah

Sarena Abdullah, Ph. D, is an accomplished art historian currently serving as Dean and Associate Professor at the School of the Arts, Universiti Sains Malaysia, since June 2021. Previous roles include Senior Lecturer at the same institution from October 2009 to June 2021 and Research Fellow at the Centre for Policy Research and International Studies (CENPRIS) from 2018 to 2020. Sarena Abdullah holds a PhD in Art History from The University of Sydney, a Master's degree in Art History from SUNY Buffalo, a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Universiti Sains Malaysia, and a Diploma in Interior Design from Universiti Teknologi MARA. Education was completed at Sekolah Tun Fatimah.
