Noerwati Dolhaji

Noerwati Dolhaji has over 25 years of work experience in various roles spanning human resources, administration, and communication. Noerwati'smost recent position was as the Head of Human Resources at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, where they were responsible for recruitment, talent development, and training. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Services Manager and Senior Assistant Registrar at the same university. Noerwati also worked as a Program Coordinator at the University of Nottingham and as an Assistant Registrar at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Additionally, they have experience as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at IOI Properties Group Berhad and as a Junior Communication Assistant at PECO, an Exelon Company. Noerwati Dolhaji's expertise lies in human resources, recruitment, and training and development.

Noerwati Dolhaji completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business in 1997. From 1995 to 1997, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science in Small Business Administration/Management from Drexel University. In 2011, they obtained a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Nottingham Trent University.
