Shazmin Shareena Ab Azis

Shazmin Shareena Ab Azis serves as a Real Estate Senior Lecturer and Real Estate Undergraduate Program Coordinator at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia since July 2017, where responsibilities include developing the undergraduate curriculum structure and coordinating academic courses. In addition, Shazmin has conducted Real Estate research under the Center for Real Estate Studies (CRES) during a Postdoctoral Fellowship and published a research paper in the Q2 journal Ocean and Coastal Management. Previously, Shazmin worked as a PhD Researcher at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia from December 2010 to August 2016. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Real Estate, a Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, and a Diploma in Valuation, all attained from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia from 2004 to 2017.
