Elizabeth Barker has a diverse work experience in the field of space and astronomy. Elizabeth began their career as an Associate Astronomer at Vanguard Research / Jamieson Science & Engineering, Inc. in 1996, where they focused on data reduction and analysis for the MSX satellite and software development for calibration software. Elizabeth then moved on to the Monterey Institute for Research in Astronomy in 2002, where they worked as a Research Astronomer.
