Zachary Love began their work experience as a Dental Assistant and Lab Tech at Florida Shores Dental Arts in 1999. Zachary then worked as an Entertainer at Hallmark Cards from 1993 to 1995. In 2003, they worked as a Radio Disc Jockey at Eckerd College and as a Beach Bar and Grill / Pool and Cabana Managing Supervisor at The Don CeSar. Love also briefly worked as a Vendor at Sea World, LLC in 1999. In 2012, they joined University Behavioral Center, initially working as a Charge RN on the children's unit before becoming the night shift supervisor. At University Behavioral Center, Love eventually became the Director of Risk Management, where they handled various issues. Zachary also worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Compass Strategy and Research Inc. from 2013 to 2014, overseeing pharmaceutical studies and maintaining a therapeutic environment for patients. Love served as a Research Fellow at the Society for Brain Mapping & Therapeutics from 2018 to 2019.

Zachary Love completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing at Eckerd College from 2002 to 2006. Zachary later pursued further education at Daytona State College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from 2010 to 2012.

Our hospital is divided into two physically separate wings, the children/adolescent wing and the adult wing. Each is subdivided into secured units. Secure 24-hour supervision helps promote patient safety and a therapeutic living environment. University Behavioral Center proudly supports a healthy environment. University Behavioral Center is accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC) and licensed by the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administrations as a Class III Psychiatric Hospital.
