Emily Walker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative and customer service roles. Currently serving as a New Patient Coordinator at University Cancer & Blood Center since December 2022, Emily previously held positions as an Administrative Assistant at Big Guy Landscaping and a Customer Account Representative at Long Term Solutions. Additional experience includes roles as a Client Service Advisor at Invidia Salon & Spa, Hostess at both The Local in Wayland and Society on High, as well as entry-level marketing and sales at BBS INC. Emily started a career in education as an Assistant Teacher at Bright Horizons, where responsibilities included planning activities for preschoolers, followed by an internship at the Underwood After School Program focusing on child development. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from Wheelock College, earned in 2014.

The University Cancer & Blood Center is a facility that combines diagnostic imaging to visualize cancers with therapy to treat them, boosting patient-centered care and providing more individualized care. They will be with all patients every step of the way to explain unfamiliar concepts and help each patient understand what to expect before,during, and after treatment.
