Laine Morris

Laine Morris is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Blackburn College (UK) since July 2025, Laine has previously held notable positions including Head of Human Resources at NIC Services Group Ltd and People and Culture Director at Cimlogic Ltd. A former Group HR Director at Gough and Kelly Ltd, Laine also contributed as a Business Development Manager in the Medical Division at Manning Global AG. As a University Lecturer and Consultant in HRM at Sheffield Hallam University's Sheffield Business School, Laine delivered innovative seminars and developed new academic programs. In addition, Laine worked as a Senior Freelance HR Consultant for various clients, implementing effective HR strategies and training initiatives.
