Catie Hutchison is a skilled professional with diverse experience in grant management, education, and program development. Currently serving as a Grants Manager at the University City Science Center, Catie previously consulted for the South Carolina Service Commission, focusing on AmeriCorps program compliance. As the AmeriCorps Program Director at the Palmetto Conservation Foundation, Catie managed an environmental stewardship grant and facilitated the recruitment and training of members, while maintaining partnerships with various organizations. Catie's background also includes roles as a middle school teacher and a member of Teach For America, with a strong emphasis on student engagement and professional development. Catie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of Charleston and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania.
