Harshal Nemade

Postdoctoral Researcher at Uniklinik Köln

Harshal Nemade is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at Uniklinik Köln since July 2020, where Harshal explores the role of MLKL induced-necroptosis in the development of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). Prior to this, Harshal worked as a Postdoctoral Scientist at the University of Cologne from January 2013 to July 2020, where Harshal extensively utilized the CRISPR-Cas9 system for various projects related to iPSCs and epigenetics. Harshal also worked as a Research Associate at Lupin Pharmaceuticals from March 2010 to August 2012, focusing on type I diabetes mellitus project. Harshal holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cologne, a Master's degree in Biochemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
