Erick Leon

Erick Leon currently serves as a Manager at the University Co-op, starting in August 2021, where responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through effective team leadership, sales optimization, and operational skills. Previously, Erick held various roles at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from September 2019 to August 2021, where the focus was on ensuring high-quality food service and maintaining a safe kitchen environment. Currently pursuing education at The University of Texas at Austin, Erick is expected to graduate in 2024, having previously earned a High School Diploma from Nacogdoches High School in 2020.
