Melissa Ruiz

Melissa Ruiz currently serves as a Project Management Associate at FCS Blue since February 2024. Previously, at the University Co-op, Melissa gained experience as a Marketing Intern and a Buyer Intern, focusing on product accuracy, launching new products, assisting with item purchasing, and performing data analysis. Melissa worked as an Area Manager at Amazon, where a standard work creation significantly improved packing rates, and held various roles within Texas HBSA, including Company Night Logistics Intern and Internal Relations Chair. A Saleswoman for Southwestern Advantage, Melissa independently managed sales operations. In retail, Melissa contributed to sales growth as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Fanatics, Inc. Melissa holds degrees in Supply Chain Management and Iberian and Latin American Languages and Cultures from the Texas McCombs School of Business and the University of Texas at Austin, respectively.
