N Cragg

N Cragg has been working in IT for over 15 years, and is currently the Head of IT at University College School. Before that, they spent 12 years as the IT Services Manager at St Albans School. During their time at St Albans, they oversaw a department of nine and was responsible for formulating IT strategy, building and maintaining relationships with vendors, and project managing hardware and software projects. They also oversaw the school's data protection efforts. Some of their key successes include leading a software development and consolidation project that amalgamated the school's intranet, department sites, and applications; virtualizing 75% of on-premises servers; and introducing a managed print solution that resulted in a 30% reduction in the cost of consumables. N Cragg is an expert in all things IT, and has a proven track record of successful implementations that have resulted in efficiencies and cost savings for their organization.

N Cragg has a BSc in Computing from The Open University, and certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in ITIL Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner.

They are on a team with H Yovichich - Head of Careers, R Garbett - Head of PE, and A.R. Wilkes - Deputy Head. N Cragg reports to M.J. Beard, Headmaster.
