Carlos Lamkin

Carlos Lamkin is currently working as a Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Analyst at UCAR - The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research. Prior to this, Carlos held positions such as Budget Analyst at the Denver Department of Public Health and Environment and Management and Budget Analyst at the Town of Gilbert, Arizona. Carlos also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas State University and held various roles in government agencies such as a MPA Graduate Intern at the City of Kyle, TX, and a Temporary Volunteer Coordinator at the City of Seguin. Carlos holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Texas State University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.
