Steve Berens is the Founder and CEO of Clear Comfort Water, a company established in 2014 to innovate within the pool and spa industry while also expanding into agriculture and horticulture. Berens has served as a board member and past chairman of the UCAR Exchange Board, contributing to the mission of the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research. Previous roles include President & CEO of Energized Strategy, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at Power Tagging, and President & CEO at Privacy Networks, Inc. Additionally, Berens held executive positions at Benchmark Storage Innovations and IBM, where significant growth and product launches occurred under leadership. Berens holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
