Christofer Sundlof

Christofer Sundlof is a seasoned professional in the credit union industry with extensive experience in enhancing member services and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Services at UFCU since July 2020, Christofer led the organization to achieve the 3rd highest OSAT ranking among credit unions over $3B in 2024, while establishing a standard sales and service delivery model. Prior experience includes transforming Arlington Community FCU into a member-centric organization as Executive Vice President of Member Experience, where Christofer implemented successful service and sales programs, resulting in multiple awards, including the NAFCU Credit Union of the Year award in 2015. Christofer's previous roles include assuming managerial positions at Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union, FedChoice Federal Credit Union, and Montgomery County Teachers Federal Credit Union, where significant improvements in member satisfaction and operational performance were achieved. Christofer holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a B.B.A. from Frostburg State University.
