Claire Poague

Claire Poague, MHSA, MSN, RN, CPPS, currently serves as the Accreditation, Patient Safety/Risk Manager at University Health KC since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Outcomes Coordinator II and Administrative Fellow at The University of Kansas Health System from September 2017 to February 2023, as well as serving as a Registered Nurse in Oncology. Claire's earlier career featured a position as Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Kansas Medical Center and as a Registered Nurse at Truman Medical Center Hospital Hill from July 2015 to September 2017. Claire holds two master's degrees from the University of Kansas Medical Center, one in Health Care Administration/Management and another in Nursing-Organizational Leadership, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Missouri State University.
