Joe Trujillo

Joe Trujillo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial and mortgage processing sectors. Currently serving as a Fraud Specialist at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since October 2022, Joe has also held various roles in the mortgage industry, including Mortgage Loan Processor positions at Wells Fargo and Guild Mortgage Company. In addition to full-time roles, Joe officiates basketball games for the Texas High School Basketball Association on a part-time basis since 2011. Joe's expertise encompasses decision-making, problem-solving, customer communication, and fraud analysis, with a strong background in auditing and verifying real estate documents from time spent at USAA and Bank of America, where Joe was promoted to Subject Matter Expert.
