Colleen Cosgrove

Colleen Cosgrove has extensive experience in pharmacy, currently serving as a Clinical Pharmacist, Level II in both Outpatient Pharmacy Services and Medication Safety at Penn Medicine Princeton Health since 1994. Prior to this role, Colleen worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at Overlook Medical Center from 1994 to 1997 and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at VCU Health from July 1993 to June 1994, which was ASHP-accredited. Colleen holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy, both from Rutgers University.
