Erica Dietze Waller

Erica Dietze Waller, MHA, FHFMA, possesses extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle Protection and Analytics at Penn Medicine Princeton Health since 2002. Erica has held several leadership roles at Penn Medicine, including Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Director of Patient Financial Services, and Manager of Revenue Cycle Technology. Prior to this, Erica served as President of the New Jersey Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and held various analyst positions at QuadraMed. Erica's career began at Hunterdon Medical Center as a Business Office Representative. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Associate of Science in Supervision and Management from Delaware Valley University, as well as a Master of Healthcare Administration from Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences.
