Thomas Chranowski

Thomas Chranowski, PharmD, BCPS, currently serves as an OR Pharmacist at Penn Medicine Princeton Health since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Critical Care Pharmacist and Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Deborah Heart and Lung Center from November 2013 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing therapeutic drug monitoring, participating in ICU rounds, and supporting antimicrobial stewardship. Additionally, Thomas worked as a Per Diem Pharmacist at ExactCare Pharmacy and held the position of Pharmacist In Charge at CVS Caremark Corporation, where supervision of technicians and collaboration with physicians were key duties. Thomas earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy and Rutgers University from 2007 to 2013.
