Haley Jackson, MHA, currently serves as the Physician Relations Manager at University Medical Center New Orleans, where responsibilities include leading a physician onboarding project and engaging in department rotations to enhance strategic management skills. With prior experience as a Strategic Planning Analyst and Administrative Resident, Haley has developed a strong foundation in healthcare administration. Previous roles include Senior Project Associate and Project Associate at Arbor Research Collaborative for Health, where coordination of the Childhood Liver Disease Research Network was managed across multiple clinical sites. Additionally, experience as a Building Manager at Trotter Multicultural Center and Student Building Manager at the University of Michigan involved event organization and technical support. Haley also contributed to community health initiatives during volunteer work with CIEE and conducted research on student experiences as a Coder. Education includes a Master of Health Administration from Tulane University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
