Yasin A. Khan is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Medicine in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine at Tulane University and as Academic Medical Staff in the same specialty at University Medical Center New Orleans since February 2022. Concurrently, Yasin A. Khan holds roles as a Research Fellow and Clinical Fellow in Critical Care Medicine at the University of Toronto, ongoing since July 2017. Prior experience includes Clinical Fellowship positions in Critical Care Medicine at the University Health Network and Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto from July 2017 to December 2021, as well as Clinical Fellowship and Resident Physician roles in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine at Louisiana State University from July 2011 to June 2017. Earlier, Yasin A. Khan worked as a Faculty Research Associate and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Johns Hopkins Medicine from February 2009 to June 2011. Academically, Yasin A. Khan is pursuing a PhD in Clinical Epidemiology and Health Care Research at the University of Toronto, having also earned an MD from Saba University School of Medicine and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto.
