Alesia Jones

Alesia Jones is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Since January 2022, Alesia serves as the Principal Consultant and Owner of AMJ HR Solutions, LLC. Alesia has held the position of Chief HR Officer at UAB since July 2009 and has also served as Chief HR Officer at the University of Alabama Birmingham since 2008. Previously, Alesia was the HR Director at BE&K from 2000 to 2005. Alesia holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a BS in Human Resource Management from The University of Alabama, completed in 1989.
