Dhruva Dave

Dhruva Dave is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Division of Gynecology Oncology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham since October 2024. Previous experiences include roles as a Clinical Extern at AdventHealth and a Clinical Observer in the Department of Gynecology Surgery at Mayo Clinic in March 2024. Dhruva completed a sub-internship in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Henry Ford Health and was a Visiting Medical Student and Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins Medicine in the Department of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Surgery. Dhruva has also held leadership positions as National Director for Advocacy at the World Youth Heart Federation and as an Ambassador for Project IMG. Additional experiences include being a Social Media Coordinator and Core Member for The Hive Research Program, and a Social Media Designer for The Wholesome Thoughts. Dhruva interned as a doctor at GMERS Medical College and Hospital and holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Bharatnatyam from Mahagujarat University.
