Wayne Mowery

Wayne Mowery joined the General Counsel office in November 2020 as an associate general counsel. Mowery has practiced law with a focus on higher education, intellectual property, government contracting, and international trade compliance for more than 23 years.

During that time, Mowery has served in a variety of roles and functions, including as attorney and shareholder at the firm of McQuade Blasko, Inc. in State College, PA. During his time with McQuaide Blasko, Mowery served as outside counsel to The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) and other academic and business clients.
