Jennifer Chai

Jennifer Chai is an accomplished executive director at the University of Alberta, specializing in enrolment systems and service innovation since December 2011. With a focus on aligning the university's strategic vision with operational excellence, Jennifer champions continuous improvement and fosters innovation to enhance the student experience. Prior roles include manager of business transformation and service innovation, where leadership centered on utilizing technology for improved student services, and project management lead, responsible for overseeing project planning, implementation, and risk management. Prior to joining the University of Alberta, Jennifer served as a business project analyst at Lilydale Inc., facilitating project management processes and conducting analyses for strategic initiatives. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Operations Management from the University of Alberta, a Project Management Certificate from NAIT, and spent two years at MacEwan University.
