Mohammad Humayun Kabir has a diverse range of work experience. Mohammad Humayun began their professional journey as an Intern at Ghorasal Power Plant, where they gained knowledge and practical insights into electricity production and the complexities of Combined Cycle Power Plants. Mohammad Humayun then worked at the University of Alberta, starting as a Recreation and Facility Operator and later transitioning to roles such as Exam Proctor, Scribe, and Reader at the Dean of Students Office. During this time, they also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, providing support and guidance to students in various courses. Additionally, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant, leading an AI research project and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Furthermore, they held leadership positions in the Bangladeshi Students Association at UofA (BSAUA), serving as the Vice President of Sports and later as the Vice President of Administration. Mohammad Humayun recently gained retail experience as a Sales Associate at Best Buy. Throughout their work experience, Mohammad demonstrated exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, as well as a commitment to creating inclusive and supportive academic environments.

Mohammad Humayun Kabir completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Islamic University of Technology between 2016 and 2019. Mohammad Humayun is currently pursuing a Master's degree in ECE (Electrical and Computer Engineering) at the University of Alberta, expected to be completed between 2021 and 2024.
